I’ve gotten a mail from one web analytic expert who start to use Personyze. He asked me how can I turn enable or deactivate a segment in the “Profiler” page?
Deactivate a segment is quite simple. Maybe it is not straight forwards and you might not be aware that it is there. All you need to do is to left-click the greed-dot on the first column and a menu will appear, now choose ‘Deactivate’. If you want to Activate a segment, do the same, click the red-dot and choose ‘Activate’.
In the image above you can see the popup menu that appears when you click the red-dot icon to activate a segment.
That’s it, simple isn’t it?
