Today I want to talk to you about Personyze Profiler. Personyze web analytics SaaS has some great features that webmasters and web analytics experts will really appreciate. Personyze is a truly unique product. Until now I can just remember using BTBuckets for segmentation (buckets) and also the ability to create HTML actions on specific buckets. So I asked myself what there is only one dynamic content personalization web analytics product instead of hundreds. I mean, this is really what website owners are searching for. Actionable Analytics can help any website visitor to achieve maximum effectiveness, because the A/B and Multivariate testings are being done on specific segments and works together with specific actions that take action based on those segments. I think that for some reason it is really not hard to develop such tools, and I am still asking myself what Google doesn't come up with a Content a dynamic content delivery and OnSite Javascript based actions?

Personyze has posted some screenshots from their real-time web analytics SaaS. If you are not familiar with Personyze yet, let me explain you more about this new web analytics contender. Personyze is entering a very competitive market of web analytics SaaS solutions. But many new web analytics products try to differentiate themselves by providing integrated Behavioral targeting tools along with actionable functionality that goes hand in hand with the segmentation features in the same pack.

It means that with Personyze you can build segments using the "Profiler" tool. The segmentation tool is used to allow website owners to easily create simple and more complicated segments, by using a very intuitive UI. You can further create segments using functions. Functions are a way to gather many metrics under one package and decide which logical operands you want to perform on them (AND/XOR/OR). After that you can arrange both the function and the single metrics in a sequence. By using the sequence feature found on the segmentation builder in Personyze, you can choose what is the order of the segment execution that will hold when it happens. So having the ability to control the flow of the segments is a great thing overall. This is Behavioral targeting web analytics tool at its best, and a one which allows you to really address specific visitors and visitor's group base on their visiting behavior on your website.

But let's continue to some more spicy facts about Personyze Real-Time Web Analytics. Let's say that you have created a segment and you want to attach actions to it, after all, this is an actionable web analytics products. When you have finished creating a segment, automatically an action group will be created, an empty action group. The main purpose of the "Action Group" is to hold several actions and give you the control of how the actions will behave when they happen when a specific segment or segments have happened.

What kind of "Actions" I can create using Personyze? - You have the option to create image actions, popup actions (with WYSIWYG HTML editor), redirects (Javascript redirects), replace text in the HTML page (find and replace) and others.All the actions will take place in the actions group for that segment that you attach the "ActionGroup" to, unless you have decided that you want to create rotation between the actions. Rotation create a chain between actions, you decide on the rotation ratio (percents %). So if for example you have decided to create to action popups and you want them to happen 50% of the time each, just put 50% rotation ratio for each one.

Later on you can test the actions using the Optimizer, so 50% is probably a good rotation ratio bot testing the actions effectiveness in A/B testings with Personyze real time web analytics.
