I think that SEO type analytics software looks and advertised more than then they deliver. I mean, even through SEO perspective, web analytics is not just for analyzing and tracking high traffic and hight PPC rate keywords, but also for allowing web site owners to identify flaws in their web design. There are many web analytics software that do that far better than any 'SEO Based' Web analytics software. Of course they become popular, because many people just don't want to mass around with what they called sophisticated analytics custom reports and behavioral targeting tools, they just want a simple tool that will allow them to check out what is going on on their website. Of course, this is a shame, because there are such amazing web analytics tools for dynamic content personalization, that any webmaster should know about. But one question bothers me, "Why many other web analytics vendors, don't integrate SEO features in their platforms?".
